The Modern series is a modern design, but also a classic design. Modern was designed between the years 1956 and 1958. The first chair Moderno , L44, was designed for a shoe store in Helsinki. Based on this chair, Yrjo Kukkapuro has designed many other Modern models that could be used for various types of spaces such as lobbies, lounges, reception waiting areas, so in some cases dining chairs for restaurants. All Moderno models are available with metal or wooden legs.
